UpNext Training and Mentorship empowers youth to build strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through mentorship and movement.
We support middle and high school students, especially from underrepresented communities, in developing confidence, discipline, and leadership skills that extend beyond the gym.

How It Works
Your Journey Starts Here
After submitting an application, each youth is carefully chosen to join this program designed to build strength, confidence, and purpose.
What’s Included
Participants commit to one powerful session per week, combining mentorship and fitness for total growth:
Mentorship + Fitness (Ages 12–18)
20 minutes of mentorship – real conversations, goal-setting, and tools for emotional resilience
40 minutes of fitness – strength, cardio, and functional training to build both body and mind
Customized experience – 1:1 or small group (1:2) sessions for focused support
No Barriers, Only Opportunity
